The focus of the health field is on the overall wellness of the person. That wellness is broken down into 3 categories: Physical health, Psychosocial health, and Social health.
By social health, meaning every environment that surrounds the person: home, community, city, state, country, and planet.
For a person totally be well, all these areas must be completely healthy. The focus of physical health will be reinventing health care from a "doctor and patient relationship”. If the muscle structure is balanced, every single muscle structure of the body will work at its best. But beyond that, if muscle structure is balanced that means every other system of the body will work at its best as well. The respiratory and digestive systems will work at their best. The circulatory system alone if it is balanced, will allow more oxygen to get to every single part body. The skin and bone structure will be healthier because of the increased flow of oxygen. Therefore, stretching, mediation, and yoga should be part of a daily routine in everybody’s life.
